FAQ
Questions people ask us
For the detail on ordering and delivery timing specifically, see Delivery & Ordering. Everything else is here.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
We don’t — Bristol Flowers is an order-ahead delivery florist, so everything is arranged to order and delivered rather than sold from a shop counter. It’s how we keep every order considered rather than rushed.
What areas do you deliver to?
Bristol and the surrounding area, with free delivery in Bristol on orders over £99. See our full delivery areas and fees for the detail.
How far ahead can I order?
As far ahead as you like — weeks or months is fine, especially for weddings and events. The minimum is 24 hours; there’s no maximum.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer or card, arranged directly once we’ve confirmed your order. We don’t take payment through the website.
Can I send flowers as a gift, without the recipient knowing who they’re from?
Of course — just let us know what you’d like the card to say (or to leave it blank), and we’ll handle the rest.
Do you do weddings and corporate orders?
Yes, both — see our Weddings & Events page for how that works. For corporate or recurring orders, just get in touch and tell us what you need.
What if I’m not happy with my order?
Tell us within 24 hours, ideally with a photo, and we’ll put it right — a replacement or a refund, whichever makes sense.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
Yes — tell us when you order and we’ll do our best. If something isn’t in season or looking its best that week, we’ll say so honestly and suggest an alternative.
