Small on purpose

Bristol Flowers has been a family business since 2018 — small, hands-on, and built around getting every order right.

How it started

A kitchen table, 2018

Bristol Flowers started the way a lot of small businesses do — with more enthusiasm than equipment, and orders taken over the kitchen table before there was anywhere else to take them. What we had going for us was time: time to actually learn each order, ask what mattered about it, and make something that fit rather than something that was simply available.

We’ve grown since then — more experience, a small trusted team, and a way of working we’re proud of — but the thing that hasn’t changed is the notice we ask for. Twenty-four hours isn’t a policy for its own sake; it’s roughly how long it takes to do an order justice.

“Good flowers take a little time. We think that’s exactly what makes them worth it.”

— Bristol Flowers

What “considered” means here

What matters to us

We ask for a day’s notice
Every order is made close to the time it’s needed, so it’s fresh when it reaches you. That takes a little planning — ours and yours.
We use what’s actually good
We’re upfront about what’s in season and looking its best, and happy to suggest something even lovelier if it suits your order.
We’ve stayed small on purpose
Staying small means every order gets proper attention — that matters more to us than growing fast.
We’ll tell you plainly what things cost
Delivery fees, notice periods and any extra charges are all laid out clearly on this site, so there are no surprises.
